CASH BACK: OTD Cyclesports is committed to giving you the best prices available.  Cash Back is designed to put money back into your pocket by giving you 15%-20% OFF MSRP in cash back.

Spend $199 or less and receive 15% cash back in the form of a check.  Spend $200 or more and receive 20% cash back in the form of a check.***

Cash Back is only available online.  Cash Back will be applied after parts have shipped to you.  Your credit card will be charged for the total sales invoice price.  15-20% of your pre-tax invoice price will be be mailed to your billing address in the form of a check within 10 business days of notice of shipment (If multiple parts of your order ship separately, please note the corresponding Cash Back Check will be sent for the parts shipped).  Cash Back CAN be combined with most promotions and coupons online.  Enter your promotional code during check out and complete your order.  The maximum allowable discount combined with Cash Back and promotional codes is 30%.  We will take an additional 15% OFF your total pre-tax sales invoice price.***  For returns and exchanges, please read rules and regulations of Cash Back under our returns and exchanges policy.  OTD Cyclesports may elect to apply the Cash Back program directly to your credit card.  You will be notified via e-mail if a credit is issued to your credit card.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING
OTD Cyclesports uses an independent, third party company web order system to process orders. Occasional price discrepancies exist due to integration of part pricing from two different sources. With millions of parts offered, we work very diligently to represent all available products and accurate pricing. Despite our best efforts; however a small number of items in our catalog may have an incorrect prices or no longer be available. In the event that an order is subject to either price or availability issues we will contact the purchaser immediately to notify them of any exceptions which may apply to the order. The following is a list of exceptions and the appropriate actions OTD will take to ensure you are satisfied with your shopping experience:

• Actual price is higher than advertised price: OTD Cyclesports will contact the customer to inform them of additional charges which may apply to your order. It is within the right of refusal for a customer to request a full refund of the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will gladly refund customers and cancel the order. 
• Product is discontinued: OTD Cyclesports will contact the customer immediately and notify them of the discontinued product. The order will be refunded and any related charges will be reversed.
• Product is Back Ordered: On occasion products may not be in stock and will require ordering. If such an item is on back order OTD Cyclesports will contact the customer immediately.  The customer will have the opportunity to refund the order and have any related charges will be reversed.

Before refunding a customer OTD will make every effort to satisfy the customer up to and including a 10% discount on the pre-tax order, upgraded shipping, or a combination there of. We thank you for your business and do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied.

SHIPPING
All OTD Cyclesports orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx depending on carrier chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. Product availability will dictate when items in an order will ship.  Delivery time will vary based on the shipment method and options chosen at the time of purchase. Orders will be shipped once all products in the order are available.

All orders are processed Mon - Fri between the hours of 7am - 1pm PST once the credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.  If an order is made by 12pm PST Mon - Fri it will be processed same day. 

Orders shipped via UPS Ground will typically arrive in (5) five to (9) nine business days (Mon - Fri, not including Holidays).  Please allow fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US territories, and A.P.O and F.P.O addresses. UPS Ground does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders placed with FedEx 2-day typically arrive in (2) two business days (Mon-Fri, not including Holidays).  Please allow six (6) business days for shipments to US territories, and A.P.O and F.P.O addresses.  FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes

Any duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and payable at time of delivery. These fees are over and above the shipping cost charged by OTD Cyclesports.

Free Shipping Promotion Information

Order Over $99
Free UPS Ground delivery shipping promotion is valid only to orders shipped to the lower 48 contiguous continental. Limited time offer expires 09/30/09.

Offer does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Postal Office Box or any international orders.

Order total of $99 must be reached with product purchases only - Cannot include shipping, tax, overweight charges or other miscellaneous fees. Free shipping order value is calculated on the total amount of your order excluding over weight packages. Oversized packages and special shipping fees are not waived with this offer.

Charges are subject to change depending on oversized items such as: Tires, Wheels, and ATV/Motorcycle body parts. These parts will be charged a minimum of $20 shipping UPS Ground only. Customer will be emailed after placing order to confirm handling charge.

Exceptions
Orders containing items such as wheels, rims, tires, ATV plastic, or other large oversize packages will be sent via ground. You will be contacted if an exception applies to your order.

Hazardous chemicals, aerosols and batteries must be sent ground due to shipping carrier regulations.

Delivery promotion does not qualify for orders being sent to a P.O. Box. Qualifying orders will be sent free ground shipping.

Orders are held to ship complete.

Trailers (Shipping)
Trailers are available online for purchase; however, delivery of trailers must be picked up at one of our locations.  We will ship the trailer if specifically requested; however, customer must pay full freight.  It is the responsibility of the customer to register the trailer after delivery.  Our dealership locations can register your trailer upon pick up.  We charge a $55 doc fee plus registration fees. 

RETURNS
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.  Items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC.  If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items.  To obtain the RMA form eitehr download the following PDF or contact our return department at rma@otdcyclesports.com.

Cash Back Return Policy:  All orders shipped received a cash back check from OTD Cyclesports.  All returns for refund will be refunded at the invoice price LESS the "Cash Back" Check amount that was distributed on your order.  Any exchanges being made for different product will receive either a credit or debit on the credit card used at the time of purchase if a price variance results from the exchange.  No credit will be applied until merchandise is received by OTD.

Shipping on customer returns must be paid by the customer.  All products returned for refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

All sales on helmets, electrical product, and goggles are final.  (Extenuating circumstances may apply; however, it is at the discretion of OTD Cyclesports to allow a return)

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

    * Opened or used
    * Missing their serial number or UPC
    * Returned more then 30 days after delivery
    * Returned without notification

Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
