RETURNS
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.  Items should be in their original packaging, unused, and have their serial number or UPC.  

There is never a restocking fee.
Whether you return an item to one of our retail locations or ship it to us at OTDcyclesports.com, any item that fails to perform satisfactorily may be returned for a full refund or exchange, and you'll never pay a restocking fee.

To return or exchange a product to OTD Cyclesports:
Take the product to one of our retail locations or fill out the return/exchange form (Download RMA Form Here) to receive an RMA number.  After obtaining the RMA Number, ship the item(s) back to the address specified on the form. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on most returned items. Exchanges for non-defective items will require payment of our standard ground shipping fee for the return trip. If the required return ground shipping fee is going to exceed our standard ground shipping fee, we'll contact you before any action is taken. This fee does not apply to situations involving defective items or items sent incorrectly by us. We want you to be satisfied, so in those cases we will slap ourselves in the head and pick up the bill. (See below)

If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must submit an RMA form to us by email or fax to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items.  Click here to Download RMA Form (same as form listed above).  You will receive an e-mail within three business days with your RMA number. Prominently display the RMA number on both the outside of the package and inside before shipping. 

You should get a tracking number.
We need to receive the package before we can process the return. You'll want to be able to track the package to our returns center, so use UPS or some other shipping service that can provide tracking and a confirmation of delivery. This also allows you to file a claim with the shipper if the package is lost in transit.

All sales on helmets and electrical product.  (Extenuating circumstances may apply; however, it is at the discretion of OTD Cyclesports to allow a return)

If an item is defective or we messed up:
Just fill out the return/exchange form (Download RMA Form), and we will you a prepaid UPS label and you can drop it off at any UPS location.Remember to prominently display the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

    * Opened or used
    * Missing their serial number or UPC
    * Returned more then 30 days after delivery
    * Returned without RMA number

Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must have an RMA number. Items returned to us without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
